III. Grading System:


This institution adopts the four (4) term examinations every semester, namely: PRELIM, MIDTERM, SEMI-FINAL, AND FINAL EXAMINATION.

The result of every term examination using FORM A shall be submitted by the college instructors to the College Dean regularly where they belong for checking and evaluation
prior to submission to the registrar one week to ten days every after term exam, copy furnished the Office of College President for review purposes, especially for the
determination of the Dean’s listers and the academic scholars.

The Midterm grade shall be the average grade of the Prelim and Midterm grades likewise to the Final grade which is the average grade of the Semi-Final and Final grades.
These are to be submitted to the registrar without erasures. For the purposes of clarification, the following formula shall be used:

For the overall Final rating of the given subject, one-third shall be taken from the previous Term Exam (MT) and two-thirds for the present exam (FR) , which means the
school adopted the cumulative system of rating, not averaging.

For purposes of checking of the entries how grades are obtained per term Exam, all college instructors are required to submit the Grading Sheets using form A (Enclosure No.
1) following components as shown below:

1st Column - 10% for Attendance: Faithful /regular attendance to classes.

2nd Column - 10% for Ethical Values.

3rdColumn - 15% for Project which include: Assignment, Research Work, Term Paper, Experiment, Laboratory Exercises, Portfolio, Composition, Journal, recipes and other
related Performance-Based Assessment Activities, e.g.: Path Fit/actual sports, gymnastics. HE actual cooking, IA etc., drama, role playing, etc,
