Hi everyone, I am an Electrical Engineer with Masters in Power Electronics & Drives from Pune
University, India. I have working experience of 3 years in the Renewable Energy sector. I came
to Canada last year and did Graduate certificate program in Advanced Manufacturing
Management. I work at McDonalds and Ford Motors as a part timer. My learning expectation
from this program is to grab as much as knowledge which will provide me opportunities and
wider platforms in the diverse Job market.
2. AMANDEEP KAUR

Hi everyone, I am an electrical engineer with a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from
MRSPTU, India. I have working experience of 2 years in sokhi auto udyog in India as technical
supervisor. After that I came to canada for project management in Georgian college. Now I am
working in a bakery as a part time job.My learning expectations from this course to obtain high
quality education and better Career prospects.

Hello everyone,
My name is Ahmad Abuelsamen, I will start by telling you a little about myself. First of
all, I was born in Jordan, a country which taught me how to face difficulties and contributed to
who I am today. I have completed a Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree from Mutah University.
I have worked as a Site Engineer for two years, and as an Engineering Trainer for one year.
Meanwhile, I have decided to complete my education in management in Canada. Indeed, I was
interested in Project Management because I believe it will be among the high-demand jobs in
future, where all companies will seek project managers' expertise to deliver their objectives and
benefits.
As a character trait, I am a combination of conscientiousness and openness-to-experience
personalities, where you can find dependability, integrity, flexibility, and intelligence traits. On
the other hand, my hobbies are not that interesting, however, I like watching Movies, TV series,
and playing football. My dreams look a little bit fictional, but that is what makes them dreams,
isn’t it? However, I want to be a billionaire and travel around the world, and I will move
mountains to fulfil them. Finally, I will leave you with my best quote ever “It is going to be
hard, but hard does not mean impossible”
I’m looking forward to working with all of you.
What are my learning expectations for the Collaboration and Project Management
course?
I expect this course to introduce us to the different stages of the project lifecycle, from
initiating to closing the project and provide us with a deep understanding and profound
knowledge of how every project’s stage exactly works and contributes to achieving the
project objectives and outcomes. Moreover, it offers us the opportunity to work in groups to
obtain information and work together to achieve any project goals.
4. Harshkumar Patel

Hello, team my self harshkumar Patel I am an architect and interior designer by profession.
recently I completed my studies in construction project management at canadore college.
Although from back in India I have more than 5 years of experience in the design field and
management, undertaken more than 30 projects with the firm and my own.
As a character trait, I am a combination of managing flexible and happy face always. During the
phase of the project, I need to interact with all the agencies working on the project that things I
like the most from the design phase to execution and meeting. I am also inclined toward detailing
in every term and very particular about finishes that deliver the final product.
I am looking forward to working with This amazing team.
From this course collaboration and project management look forward to sharing knowledge
and gaining knowledge from the team members as well as from the colleagues and following the
collaborative approach with each team sharing thoughts and enhancing knowledge area in project
management.
4. Bhargavi Leela

I am Bhargavi Leela and I come from Rajkot, Gujarat, India. I have pursued my bachelor’s degree in
Architecture back from my home city. Along with my studies, I have also worked as an intern architect in
the city of Bangalore. After, accomplishing my degree, I have work as an Architect in my home city for a
year after which I travelled to Canada to study Construction Project Management which I completed just
in last term from Centennial College. Then after, I have joined here at Georgian College to carry forward
my studies in the field of Project management. I aspire to become an entrepreneur and start my own
Construction Management Firm.
From this course collaboration and project management look forward to sharing knowledge
and gaining knowledge from the team members as well as from the colleagues and following the
collaborative approach with each team sharing thoughts and enhancing knowledge area in project
management.
Code of Conduct
Potential conflicts of interest among team members should be resolved by team leaders for that
particular project and if it is unresolved then the Team leader should bring it to the attention of
the professor and ask about solutions for a section of doughts
If anyone from the group believes there is any discrepancy or if they have questions about their
team members/leader’s work, actions, and participation they can consult with the team leader
or subject teacher only after discussing it with all the members.
Participation
All team members should contribute to all the group assignments and tasks.
Team members should inform within sufficient prior time regarding their non-contribution,
absence in projects, events, or fulfillment of their responsibilities then other members who are
accountable should take over and complete it within time.
For all members scope of work will be defined on prior bases so that individuals can start with
their own time and then gather all information and subjective knowledge as the final report
Communication
Any mode of communication is acceptable. (Preferrable for all group members )
Essential & timely communication should be followed for each assignment and tasks.
Member responsible for communicating with others should schedule & conduct timely meetings
and discussions.
Meeting Guidelines
A meeting should be arranged by considering everyone’s availability.
The Minutes of the Meeting should be shared with everyone by the leader after each meeting.
Keeping the previous meeting records and discussion notes so that by the time reach to final
report all the documents will help for gathering data and analyzing
