tattoo or marking if it is in the grey area.

If yes, please indicate in the table below the size, the location and the design of the tattoo or marking and/or any laser
treatment or any tattoo removal/cover-up process/treatment that is completed or ongoing. You must also declare any
tattoos that are skin coloured or tattoos of make-up (ex: eye liner, mascara etc.)
