GENERAL‌‌
   ‌

a.‌‌No‌‌parties‌‌or‌‌meetings‌‌or‌‌any‌‌functions‌‌are‌‌allowed‌‌to‌‌be‌‌held‌‌in‌‌the‌‌hostel‌‌
   ‌

b.‌‌Do‌‌not‌‌make‌‌excessive‌‌noise‌‌causing‌‌annoyance‌‌to‌‌the‌‌other‌‌Tenants‌‌or‌‌neighbors‌‌
   ‌

c.‌‌Use‌‌audio‌‌system‌‌in‌‌moderation‌‌so‌‌as‌‌to‌‌not‌‌cause‌‌noise‌‌and‌‌annoyance‌‌to‌‌the‌‌other‌‌Tenants‌‌
 
and‌‌neighbours.‌  ‌
d.‌‌Strictly‌‌no‌‌smoking‌‌is‌‌allowed‌‌at‌‌the‌‌hostel,‌‌whether‌‌indoor‌‌or‌‌outdoor‌‌areas‌‌
 
e.‌‌Strictly‌‌no‌‌harmful‌‌or‌‌nuisance‌‌behaviour‌‌such‌‌as‌‌committing‌‌suicide‌‌
   ‌
f.‌‌Strictly‌‌no‌‌pets/‌‌animals‌‌are‌‌allowed‌‌in‌‌the‌‌hostel‌‌
   ‌
g.‌‌Do‌‌not‌‌alter‌‌or‌‌damage‌‌hostel’s‌‌furniture,‌‌appliances‌‌&‌‌any‌‌other‌‌equipment.‌‌Tenants‌‌shall‌  ‌
maintain‌‌the‌‌hostel’s‌‌furniture,‌‌appliances‌‌&‌‌any‌‌other‌‌equipment‌‌in‌‌a‌‌good‌‌condition‌‌h.‌‌Electrical‌‌
 
appliances‌‌with‌‌high‌‌voltage‌‌usage‌‌are‌‌not‌‌allowed‌‌in‌‌the‌‌hostel‌‌i.‌‌Keep‌‌the‌‌common‌‌areas,‌‌
 
rooms‌‌and‌‌areas‌‌within‌‌the‌‌hostel‌‌clean‌‌and‌‌hygienic‌‌j.‌‌Keep‌‌all‌‌windows‌‌and‌‌doors‌‌locked‌‌when‌‌
 
necessary‌‌to‌‌prevent‌‌unauthorised‌‌access.‌‌The‌ ‌Management‌‌is‌‌not‌‌responsible‌‌for‌‌any‌‌loss‌‌or‌‌
 
damages‌‌howsoever‌‌caused‌‌k.‌‌Tenants‌‌are‌‌responsible‌‌for‌‌the‌‌safety‌‌of‌‌their‌‌own‌‌personal‌‌
 
belongings.‌‌The‌‌Management‌‌is‌ ‌not‌‌responsible‌‌for‌‌any‌‌loss‌‌or‌‌damages‌‌howsoever‌‌caused‌‌
   ‌
l.‌‌Main‌‌door‌‌must‌‌be‌‌shut‌‌&‌‌locked‌‌at‌‌all‌‌times‌‌
   ‌
m.‌‌Rubbish‌‌must‌‌be‌‌packed‌‌and‌‌secured‌‌properly‌‌in‌‌a‌‌plastic‌‌bag‌‌before‌‌disposing‌‌into‌‌the‌‌
 
MBPP‌ ‌rubbish‌‌bin‌‌
  
n.‌‌Ensure‌‌the‌‌MBPP‌‌rubbish‌‌bin‌‌cover‌‌is‌‌properly‌‌shut‌‌after‌‌disposing‌‌your‌‌rubbish‌‌o.‌‌In‌‌case‌‌of‌‌
 
unusual‌‌activities‌‌or‌‌irregularities,‌‌Tenants‌‌must‌‌report‌‌to‌‌the‌‌Management‌ ‌immediately‌‌
   ‌
p.‌‌Tenants‌‌shall‌‌bear‌‌the‌‌remaining‌‌balance‌‌of‌‌the‌‌utilities‌‌amount‌‌after‌‌deducting‌‌subsidy.‌‌

COMMON‌‌FACILITIES‌‌(POOL,‌‌GYM‌‌&‌‌PLAYGROUND),‌‌WHERE‌‌APPLICABLE‌‌
   ‌

a.‌‌Follow‌‌the‌‌rules‌‌of‌‌using‌‌the‌‌facilities‌‌which‌‌can‌‌be‌‌seen‌‌displayed‌‌on‌‌the‌‌facilities‌‌area‌‌strictly‌‌
 
b.‌‌Strictly‌‌no‌‌misbehaviour,‌‌dangerous‌‌acts‌‌or‌‌horseplay‌‌(rough‌‌activities)‌‌when‌‌using‌‌the‌  ‌
facilities‌‌
   ‌
c.‌‌Strictly‌‌no‌‌guests‌‌or‌‌visitors‌‌allowed‌‌to‌‌use‌‌the‌‌common‌‌facilities‌‌of‌‌the‌‌property‌‌d.‌‌The‌‌
 
Management‌‌reserves‌‌the‌‌right‌‌to‌‌terminate‌‌the‌‌Tenancy‌‌of‌‌those‌‌who‌‌violate‌‌the‌‌rules‌ ‌and‌‌

c.‌‌Do‌‌not‌‌make‌‌excessive‌‌noise‌‌causing‌‌annoyance‌‌to‌‌the‌‌other‌‌Tenants‌‌d.‌‌No‌‌

ROOM‌‌    ‌

a.‌‌Strictly‌‌no‌‌outsiders‌‌allowed‌‌to‌‌overnight‌   ‌

g.‌‌Tenant‌‌is‌‌responsible‌‌for‌‌the‌‌sanitary‌‌of‌‌their‌‌own‌‌room‌‌   
h.‌‌Do‌‌not‌‌simply‌‌remove‌‌or‌‌shift‌‌the‌‌furniture‌‌out‌‌of‌‌your‌‌room‌‌   ‌
i.‌‌Tenant‌‌is‌‌responsible‌‌to‌‌maintain‌‌appliances‌‌which‌‌require‌‌batteries‌‌to‌‌operate‌‌    ‌

a.‌‌Tenant‌‌is‌‌responsible‌‌for‌‌the‌‌sanitary‌‌of‌‌their‌‌toilet‌‌and‌‌bathrooms‌‌   ‌
b.‌‌Shut‌‌the‌‌door‌‌when‌‌using‌‌the‌‌bathroom‌‌    ‌
c.‌‌Keep‌‌all‌‌buckets‌‌dry‌‌to‌‌prevent‌‌water‌‌retention‌‌which‌‌causes‌‌mosquito‌‌breeding‌‌d.‌‌Keep‌‌the‌‌  
bathroom‌‌walls‌‌&‌‌floors‌‌clean.‌‌Wash‌‌off‌‌the‌‌soap‌‌foam‌‌from‌‌the‌‌floors‌‌and‌‌walls‌‌after‌ ‌taking‌‌a ‌‌
shower‌‌    ‌
e.‌‌Do‌‌not‌‌throw‌‌your‌‌rubbish,‌‌sanitary‌‌pad,‌‌any‌‌liquid‌‌or‌‌solid‌‌objects‌‌into‌‌the‌‌WC‌‌or‌‌waste‌‌
