TenantsarerequiredtocomplyandadherestrictlytotheRulesandRegulationasoutlinedbelow
atalltimes,includingtheHouseRulesand/orDeedofMutualCovenantsobservedbythe
propertyand/ortherulesimposedbytheDeveloperand/orJointManagementBodyand/or
Management Corporation,whereapplicable.
GENERAL
a.Nopartiesormeetingsoranyfunctionsareallowedtobeheldinthehostel
b.DonotmakeexcessivenoisecausingannoyancetotheotherTenantsorneighbors
c.UseaudiosysteminmoderationsoastonotcausenoiseandannoyancetotheotherTenants
andneighbours.
d.Strictlynosmokingisallowedatthehostel,whetherindoororoutdoorareas
e.Strictlynoharmfulornuisancebehavioursuchascommittingsuicide
f.Strictlynopets/animalsareallowedinthehostel
g.Donotalterordamagehostel’sfurniture,appliances&anyotherequipment.Tenantsshall
maintainthehostel’sfurniture,appliances&anyotherequipmentinagoodconditionh.Electrical
applianceswithhighvoltageusagearenotallowedinthehosteli.Keepthecommonareas,
roomsandareaswithinthehostelcleanandhygienicj.Keepallwindowsanddoorslockedwhen
necessarytopreventunauthorisedaccess.The Managementisnotresponsibleforanylossor
damageshowsoevercausedk.Tenantsareresponsibleforthesafetyoftheirownpersonal
belongings.TheManagementis notresponsibleforanylossordamageshowsoevercaused
l.Maindoormustbeshut&lockedatalltimes
m.Rubbishmustbepackedandsecuredproperlyinaplasticbagbeforedisposingintothe
MBPP rubbishbin
n.EnsuretheMBPPrubbishbincoverisproperlyshutafterdisposingyourrubbisho.Incaseof
unusualactivitiesorirregularities,TenantsmustreporttotheManagement immediately
p.Tenantsshallbeartheremainingbalanceoftheutilitiesamountafterdeductingsubsidy.

a.Followtherulesofusingthefacilitieswhichcanbeseendisplayedonthefacilitiesareastrictly
b.Strictlynomisbehaviour,dangerousactsorhorseplay(roughactivities)whenusingthe

c.Strictlynoguestsorvisitorsallowedtousethecommonfacilitiesofthepropertyd.The
ManagementreservestherighttoterminatetheTenancyofthosewhoviolatetherules and
