User research: summary
As part of my research, I conducted a user interviews and created empathy maps to understand
the users I am designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through the research
was a business owner who don’t have the time to organize his/her inventory.
This user group confirmed initial assumptions about the inventory management users, but my
research also revealed that lack of organisation was not only the factor limiting users from using
inventory mamangement app. Other users problem include time.

Usability study: findings
From the two usability studies I conducted, I iterated the low-fidelity mockup and also the
high-fidelity mock up based on the requirement needed by the users.
