Pt. Shaftindo Energi will develop detailed engineering of construction, Fabrication and
installation to the extent necessary concept and all pertinent details to fully support detail
Engineering, Construction, Fabrication & installation this project
PT. SHAFTINDO ENERGI shall demonstrate compliance of its design with the overall
requirement. The PTLM engineering shall include issue of key document to company,
addressing and / or incorporating Company comment and reissue as necessary for
approval.
I. DESCRIPTION OF ENGINEERING WORK
1. Objectives
This procedure intended to fulfil the minimum requirements of PERTAMINA Engineering
Services Contract.
2. Scope of Work
Include but not limited to planning, detail drawing, CAD Drawing, Scheduling, Process
Analys, Fabrication, construction & Commissioning.
3. Responsibility
3.1. Project Manager/ Coordinator
Evaluate & analyse of client inquiry that listed in Request Client inquiry.
Review and verify Drawing, Review & Approval Drawing.
Review of Estimation Cost.
Monitoring of work progress.
Monthly reporting to General Manager of the performance of the project.
3.2. Engineering Team
Prepare Site Survey and Verification design drawing from client, Process
Analys, Scheduling, Re Drawing refer to client requirement and specification.
Prepare proper documentation related with the jobs.
Joint with Engineering Client.
Prepared for construction drawing and survey to field as required.
3.3. Engineering Support/Administration
Prepared supporting document and as document controller.
3.4. Drafter/Designer
Prepare AutoCAD drawing as per field sketch and engineering design
Prepared for construction drawing and survey to field as required.
4. PROCEDURE
4.1. DESIGN PROCEDURE
4.1.1. Base on contract from client, engineering ready for collect basic document
and Survey to field.
4.1.2. Engineering prepare sketch on isometric drawing. Result of the sketch
especially for design dimension, & specification will be reviewed by engineer
client.

4.1.3. If any revision related with change of drawing, Engineer will forward to drafter
to redraw on AutoCAD Drawing.
4.1.4. Engineer submits analysis stamped by “For Review” to the client. Once they
found any un-conformance, engineer will discuss to the client related the
matters.
4.1.5. Engineer will be submit Bill Of Quantity actual site.
4.1.6. Engineer will follow-up the meeting by revised the drawing as per client
requirements
4.1.7. Engineer will resubmit the drawing stamped by “ For Approval”

III. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE
In order to prepare necessary engineering request. PT. SHAFTINDO ENERGI will
use the software application for design, draw and calculation for civil construction,
mechanical/ piping and structure to drive with Computer Processor Pentium 4. The
Software as follow:
