RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND IMPLEMENTING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK AND REDUCTION
MANAGEMENT PLAN (BDRRMP) OF BARANGAY SINABAAN, BAUTISTA, PANGASINAN FOR CALENDAR
YEAR 2023.
WHEREAS, R.A. 10121 provides for the formulation and full implementation of the Barangay Disaster
Risk and Management Plan;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan is very essential to prepare the
barangay on the impact of any disaster that will cause damages to life and properties;
WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation and discussions, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay
Sinabaan, Bautista, Pangasinan unanimously concurred for the adoption and implementation of the
Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan of the Barangay;
WHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Ernesto M. Tagulao duly seconded by all members of the
Sangguniang Barangay present, it was;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby to furnish copies of this resolution together with the approved Barangay
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan the Office of the MDRMMO, Office of the MPDC and the
office of the DILG.

RESOLUTION ENDORSING FOR REVIEW AND ADOPTION BY THE BARANGAY COUNCIL THE BARANGAY
DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN (BDRRMP) OF BARANGAY SINABAAN, BAUTISTA,
PANGASINAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023.
WHEREAS, Punong Barangay ELVIRA F. MARTINEZ, presented before the honorable body the total
appropriation of One Hundred Eights Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Eight and Forty Centavos Only
(₱108,688.40) from general fund.
WHEREAS, after thorough study and deliberation, the honorable body had unanimously considered the
Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan to be in line with development programs of the
Barangay Council of Sinabaan.
WHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad ERNESTO M. TAGULAO, Chairman on Committee on
Appropriations, duly seconded by all members of Barangay Council, it was;
RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorsed and adopt the programs of the Annual Barangay Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Plan (BDRRMP) of Barangay Sinabaan, Bautista, Pangasinan for the CY 2023.
