Irrevocable Exclusive Authority To Sell

This document authorizes an agent to sell a property located at a specified address. It gives the agent the exclusive right to sell the property and entitles them to a commission on any amount above a specified price per square meter. All legal and tax fees will be paid by the property owner. The commission will be paid directly to the agent by the buyer upon sale completion. IRREVOCABLE EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL

         THIS IS TO AUTHORIZE _________________________________, of legal age, a resident of


_______________________________, hereby known as my AUTHORIZED AGENT, to do and perform
any and all of the following acts:

        That all the duties taxes and fess for processing of legal requirements of the said property
shall be shouldered by the owner at their expense.

That the commission of my AUTHRORIZED AGENT from Overprice shall be directly paid
by the buyer to my AUTHRORIZED AGENT either by cash or manager’s cheque upon the said
sale of property.
 
        This exclusive authority shall take effect immediately after signing of this Irrevocable
Authority To Sell and shall can only be terminated upon the full completion of the sale of the
entire property and all commissions paid to has been settled.
