International strategies help organizations to operate in different countries providing high quality and international standard facilities. Using the International strategies, the company will be able to adopt practices as and business processes that are suitable and convenient for the country’s they are operating in. The Organization will be able to utilize the competencies and skills of the employees and workers in USA since they have the most knowledge about the market of their own country. To manage the new workforce, the organization will require managers with International mind setups and skills. For example, if you appoint a Bangladeshi manager in USA who has little knowledge about the international prospects he will fail.
