Weekly Affirmations

These are affirmations with a short explanation for every week. These are based on the chakra
system of Redikall Healing as conceptualised by Aatmn. For the best result, choose the
affirmation according to your date you were born and repeat or write 21 times at bedtime every
day for a week. You will receive the next affirmation the following week. Try them; you may be
surprised at the way these affirmations heal you in subtle ways.

Affirmations for this week – March 11th to March 17th, 2018

NL12 - LEFT EASE CHAKRA - Reminder to contribute or impart with ease.
Mid-Shoulder (Left Side)

AFFIRMATION

I contribute with ease.

SHORT EXPLANATION
You are being reminded today to be confident about your capability to deliver or discharge, all that you
wish to deliver, discharge, contribute and/or impart. Choose to be easy on yourself. You do not have to
burden yourself while doing what you have decided to do. Ask yourself "Who am I trying to please?"
Perhaps the answer can help you understand better. Are you trying to prove something to someone or to
your own self? If yes, then why? Only when you take it easy, you will find a creative way to fulfil yourself
and others eventually. So let go of your burdens, let go of your burdened feeling. Make up your mind and
resolve to be easy on yourself and yet contribute in the best possible manner.

something beautiful, so give it some more time.

The phase of discomfort is ending very soon. This seeming discomfort was because of the space creation
for anchoring something beautiful, graceful and a great value add in your life. Be patient and let the

SHORT EXPLANATION
Have you gone through a rough time when you loved someone? Do you have unpleasant experiences and
associations with love? Know that whatever has happened, occurred in the past. The future can be different.
You can intend and avail pleasant and positive experiences as you love yourself and people around you. In
short, it's time to recognise and address your fear of loving yourself and others. Loving yourself
encompasses all aspects of your being. Love your body, love your profession, love your life love all
experiences life has offered you. Love all that you were being in the past and you are being in the now.
Love yourself for being who you are without any judgement, conditionings and criticism. When you can
love yourself fearlessly and courageously, you will be able to love everyone and everything around you.

AL14 - LEFT COMPASSION CHAKRA - Reminder to have compassion.

SHORT EXPLANATION
There are several reasons why you act difficult and severe towards yourself and others. There could be the
cultural or social influence on your behaviour. There could be personal discomfort manifesting in a severe
attitude towards self/others to discipline or punish to get the best out of them in the future. At times, you
can forgive everyone and can be kind and compassionate towards everyone but it gets difficult to treat
yourself with kindness and compassion. Look at the possibility of manifesting the desired outcome in a
kind compassionate and gentle manner.

SHORT EXPLANATION
There is a possibility of addiction to receive certain inputs from others or certain stimuli. E.g., praise,
attention or even nagging for that matter. It's time to liberate yourself from an addiction to receive such
inputs or stimuli from others.

AFFIRMATION

I permit myself to remain safe and protected.

SHORT EXPLANATION
Have you ever felt the need to defend yourself? It's time now to drop that need to defend. Your defence
mechanisms can be counter-productive for you as they create further intimidation and provocation in people
who might turn offensive towards you. It is important for you to have faith. Know that you are protected
and taken care of. Intend and invite people to treat you in a manner you would like to be treated and
addressed.

SHORT EXPLANATION
It's nice to be sensitive towards others. However, ensure that you aren't unduly perturbed by others' need to
raise their eyebrows (Say - to object, question, argue, show surprise or simply frown). People around you
may need a space where they can express their authentic response to you. This can only be possible if you
do not adversely respond. How about graciously welcoming others to express their overt expressions,
surprise, questioning, objections, etc?

FR5 - RIGHT APPROVAL CHAKRA - Reminder to address others' dislike for you or a
part of your personality.

AFFIRMATION

The more I approve of myself, the more others approve me.

SHORT EXPLANATION
t feels nice when you get approval from all around you. However, your dependency on others' approval
could inhibit you. Occasionally, you might be getting a conscious or a subconscious impression that others
do not approve of you or certain aspects related to you for some reason. Do you know how you could deal
with that? Start approving yourself and approve of everything that you previously disapproved of within
you and about you. Others around you will reciprocate in the same manner. This is possible because others
in your universe are somewhere mirroring you.

I acknowledge and address my internal grief.

SHORT EXPLANATION
The grieving experience due to an overt sense of responsibility for others. It's time now to start addressing
the reserved grief which resulted from an internal setback. For e.g. you experienced grief due to an incorrect
decision or action you took in the past, grief of separation or grief of perceived rejection. If you have not
been able to shed tears and complete the past, it is time for you to go through emotional catharsis and shed
those stored tears. Acknowledge and express that which has remained suppressed so far.

SHORT EXPLANATION
All that you are seeing and feeling is your extension and projection. You are a part of your universe and at
the same time, the entire universe is a part of you. If you need to bring about the shift in the universe, you
need to bring in the shift in your personal space.

This is also a reminder to heal and integrate all scattered parts of your personality so that you feel whole
and complete once again and remain in touch with that, which is whole and complete.

I discover the brilliance embedded in every design.

SHORT EXPLANATION
It's alright to dislike/disapprove. And you have a right to disapprove. However, it would be a good idea to
trace the reason for your disapproval. It would also be a good idea to know that your disapproval is simply
energising what you have been disapproving so far. When you will be in total approval of all that you are
and all your attributes, you will start liking and approving all that you perceive in others or in your outer
world. Because the world around you is your reflection.

questions or show surprise.

SHORT EXPLANATION
Does it sometimes happen that you are not assertive about your need to object or ask others questions to
find out more? What would it take for you to be more assertive and expressive? For sure you are capable
of asking questions and asserting to others to find out more. And no one can inhibit you from doing that
except your own fears and inhibitory beliefs based on your past experiences and social and cultural
influences. Recognise and address those beliefs based on past experiences or projections borrowed from
others. Address them effectively, so that you can rediscover the freedom to assert in a constructive
manner.

SHORT EXPLANATION
People who are sure of their real powers and authority, seldom demonstrate them to others. If there is
anyone in your space who has a need to exercise authority over you, go beyond their need for overt
demonstration and compassionately deal with that part of your personality which is possibly getting
intimidated due to any reason. Proactively show respect and assure them of their unique position and
generate a sense of security for all.

No parent can be a perfect parent because the level of perfection is determined through the filtered
perception from the expectations of the children. However, most parents strive to be a perfect mother and
father and in an attempt to be a perfect one, in an attempt to be free from future guilt or regret, they often
become very severe with their children and all that they avoided experiencing later, may land up
experiencing sooner. Your style of parenting is decided by the innocent and impressionable child in you,
who perceived incompetency, incompletion and imperfection and chose to compensate for all that you
perceived to be missing in the parents and enhancing all that was valued and respected in the parents or
parent figures. Get in touch with the childlike innocence in you and forgive the parent in you.

Have you ever felt the need to offend yourself or others? It's time now for you to let go of that need to
offend or punish. Forgive yourself, others, one and all for everything. Remember that your offence and
punishment may not defend you in the long run. So simply forgive and remain kind. Let go of the desire to
hurt or punish yourself or anyone. Instead intend and invite what you wish in life.

be quite a hurtful situation to be backstabbed. However, when you discover how and why you manifested,
you will be able to rise beyond the emotional hurt and forgive others for backstabbing you and also forgive
yourself for allowing this experience.

There is a difference between hearing and listening. One hears in a passive manner, though listening is an
active choice one has to make. It is possible that you may not be listening to the universe and people in
your universe. Perhaps someone is trying to reach out to you and wishing to express something to you. Is

consciously or subconsciously ignoring so far?
