SYNOPSIS

● TITLE:- HOSPITAL WEBSITE USING BOOTSTRAP

● STATEMENT ABOUT THE PROBLEM 


Earlier the records were kept done manually which was highly time consuming
andexpensive.
 
There can be no interaction between the patients and doctors.
 
Patients used to stand in long queues.
 
Wastage of Stationary other material resources increase due to paper work.

 Current manual system requires large efforts to compile information. 

 With the increase in data, the processes of maintaining, updating and storing
ofinformation are becoming difficult
 
Data extraction becomes difficult as one has to search among large pile of
papers.

● WHY I CHOSE
☆ It helps to connect the common people with the hospital and they can now get to know
each and everything about the hospital and can book appointments with doctors.
☆ A different section has been provided for contacting the hospital for any queries.

● OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE


1. This system helps in lowering manual work done by the patients to get appointments of
doctors in a single click.
2. It helps in keeping the patients updated about the availability of doctors.
3. Nowadays, it has become easy to get information through websites. No newspaper,
magazines and interviews etc are required because each and every information is easily
available on the website.
4. It helps in reaching the information to large number of patients/visitors in minimum
[Link] of information is faster than the way before.

●METHODOLOGY
》The first activity contain SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF HOMEPAGE.
》Where HOMEPAGE provides login page for patients and Admin to Access and Entry for best
services.
》HOMEPAGE intent Events, Checks Visits Patient, Books Website, Appointment, Visits, Gives
Doctor, Charges Treatment and Departments.
》And where are Database Description of Departments there are patients brief information contains.

●HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TO BE USED


- Visual Studio- We have used Visual Studio to developing
project.
- Html- Page layout has been designed in html.
- CSS- CSS has been used for all designing part.
- JJAVASCRIPT-All the validation task and animation has been
developed by javascript.

●Technologies used

VISUAL STUDIO-All the front and back end has been written in
html,css and javascript.

●WHAT CONTRIBUTION WOULD THE PROJECT MAKE

 To bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order


for the training of the personnel in all important branches of the health
activity.
 To attain self sufficiency in postgraduate in medical education.
