EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At ELITE DEISGNS, we take pride in every project we're a part of. Here's a look at some of our work for

For this exterior home renovation, we kept the original look and feel of
the home in mind and worked to keep its original charm and character
intact, while making structural repairs and improvements. Keeping the
original exterior look gives the client the sense of comfort and homey
feeling.
These homeowners wanted a master bedroom suite
added to their existing home. We made it cohesive
with the rest of their home with moldings and
hardwood flooring, and included large windows so
they could take in the view of the park they enjoy so
much.
These homeowners wanted an open-
concept, modern living room where
they could enjoy views of their
property. We created a design with a
wall of windows and plenty of living
space to give them everything they
asked for.
PROPOSAL
In order to ensure superior communication during all phases of the project, we propose working in the
following phases:
Phase 1: Schematic Design
This is the phase where we sit down and discuss all of the needs and wants you have for your project.
We'll work together to develop a checklist of the things you need for your space, which will be used to
come up with the design for your project.
We'll also take all of the necessary measurements to start drafting, and ask any questions about your space that
could affect our design.
Once we've gathered all of the necessary information, we'll create schematic drawings and review them
with you in person. Tell us what you like and don't like about the overall direction of the design.
Phase 2: Design Development
Now that we have an idea of what you think about the basic direction of the design, it's time to add some details.
We'll take your feedback and come back to you with revised, more detailed drawings that we'll review together,
in person.
Phase 3: Pricing & Hiring
During this phase, we'll create floor plans, 3D renderings, and a narrative that outline the scope and details
of your project. We'll also assist with contractor selection by detailing what items need to be included in
estimates, so that you can compare estimates fairly.
Phase 4: Construction Documents
Now that you have estimates from all necessary parties and more detailed pricing information, we'll work
together to create a final design that works with your budget and your wish list. Once the design is
finalized, we'll get to work creating and procuring any necessary documents and permits in accordance
with area building codes and zoning ordinances.
Phase 5: Construction Administration
We'll be your project manager, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors and keeping everything
on track until your project is completed. From interpreting construction documents to making final
materials choices, we'll ensure that your project stays on schedule, on budget, and keeps with your vision.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The initial intake meeting between the architect and client will occur within seven business days of
signing this proposal.
2. The architect will provide an initial plan and schematic drawings within seven business days of the
initial meeting with the client.
3. After the client has approved the initial design, the architect will create detailed design specifications
and plans for the project.
4. The architect will ensure that all laws and regulations are followed and necessary permits are secured.
5. Upon acceptance of this proposal, the architect will provide a detailed contract to the client. The client
will then have 10 business days to review.
