In the IPS surface install 16mm dia pipe (made of rubberized membrane) around the base area. 2. 1.6mil polyethylene on the IPS surface as vapor barrier 3. 19mm thick air cushioned pads 4. 70mm x 45mm x 1.22mm treated with anti-termite solution Pine wood installed at 9” (23cm) distance. 5. In size 21mm x 57mm/83mm Indian seasoned _______________ wood for surfacing 6. Finished sanding and one layer P.U. Polish (Lacquer Polish) 7. Install PVC Badminton mat (BWF Approved) after wooden flooring work. 8. Minimum 20 Year Warranty. 9. Existing Yonex mat installation over the newly laid wooden floor.

1. DISMANTLING PROCESS: - There are two 2800 sft
badminton courts already existing in the which have to be dismantled before proceeding with the _____________ wood flooring work. The approximate area to be dismantled is 2600 sqft. Note that the depth of the base floor should be uniform with a depth 85mm.
2. ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT:- Lying of flexible 2800 sft
continuously perforatedpipes (made of rubberised membrane) with a16mm diameter along the internal periphery of the flooring using grid design suitable for the existing flooring floor area before fixing the IPS floor. The open ends of this network of pipes should be joined at the Junction Boxes (Refilling points) for periodical recharging of termite chemical. 3. The specifications of the above flooring are as under: 2800 sft 1.6mil polyethylene shall be laid on the IPS surface as vapor barrier
4. THE UNDER FRAME :- Pine wood of 70mm x 45mm 2800 sft
x 1.22mm treated with anti – termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 19mm thick air – cushion pads by staple through the two wings at 330mm to 330mm c/c. 5. THE SURFACE BOARD: - Indian seasoned 2800 sft _____________ wood finished with 21 mm thick, 57mm/ 83mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti – termite and water resistant lacquer. The surface thus laid shall be machine sanded (coarse) with drum sander – one time. One layer of PU polish on the upper surface of the wooden floor. 6. MATTING: - Installing the existing PVC Yonex mat 2800 sft after installing the wooden flooring works
7 Lighting : Supply and installation of international
standard lighting for 2 number courts along with supply of aluminium movable ladder for accessing indoor roof with aprox 14-15Meter height. Figure-1
