security of the State;

offense punishable by imprisonment of more than (6) months and one (1)
day and/or fine of more than P1,000.00;
7. That he has not been once on probation under the provisions of Republic
Act No. 10707, (An Act Amending Presidential Decree No. 968, Otherwise
Known as the “PROBATION LAW OF 1976”)
8. That in lieu of his surety bond, he prays to be released to the custody of
CHARLIE V. REGALARIO , Barangay Tanod of Brgy. Sta. Rita, Oton, Iloilo
whose Affidavit of Recognizance is attached as Annex “A”, pending the
approval of his application for probation and on the duration of his
probation period if granted by the Honorable Court;
9. That he further prays, to report to a Probation Office nearest his
residence in Oton, Iloilo in case his probation is favorably granted.
