MINING MINISTRY LICENCES

1* RECOGNITION LICENSE
- File mounting cost 3300 USD
In details :
*Prefectoral order to occupy the area of exploitation
*Company papers and all details
* Details of Company authorized signatory
*Memory on the purpose of the envisaged recognition
*Stamp application form to the Mining Minister
*1/200.000 scale map specifying the boundaries of the area
*Program of work and name of the responsible person
*Written commitment to perform the work planned in the program
*Receipt of the fees paid to the Public treasury by bank transfer from
the company bank account 1700 USD
*Proof of fund from a local or a foreign bank to start the project

2*OPERATING LICENSE
- File mounting cost 6000 USD
In details :
*Receipt of the fees paid to the public treasury by bank transfer from
the company 3500 USD
*Stamp form attached with the recognition licence and a scale map
showing the limits of the rock reserve to the Mining Minister
*1/50.000 scale map showing the mining area
*1/1000 scale map showing the rest of the area for offices, stores
etc…
*Environmental study certificate
*Land agreement with owners/Land ownership papers
*Specifications forms signed by competent authorities for the
smooth operation of the exploitation
*Car letters books furnished by the Mining Ministry
*Technical and economic study showing the geotechnicals
characteristics of the rock reserve, the mode and the rhythm
envisaged as well as the estimated operating accounts during the
exploitation
3* EXPLOSIVE LICENCE
- File mounting cost 3000 USD
In details :
*Stamp application form the Mining Minister attached with the
operating license obtained.
*Construction of the explosives stores and detonator store
separately under locals norms

ENVIRONMENTAL MINISTRY LICENSE

1*ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE


- File mounting cost 37000 USD
A quotation from an authorized cabinet is attached giving all details
to obtain the certificate.

FINANCE MINISTRY CUSTOMS EXEMPTIONS


- File mounting cost 10000 USD
The 5 years installments authorization for Customs clearance of all
the equipments and materials of the entire plant.

Conclusion
A total amount of 70500 USD ( seventy thousand five hundred US
dollar) required for completing the licences process from all the
Government departments. Plus 10% for my various expenses.

The details of the agreement with the Land owner are not included.
