Nowadays people depend on technology in their free time. Is this a positive or negative
development?

In the modern world, technology plays the-> AN important role in many aspects of humankind daily
activities. This led-> LEADS to individual’s dependence on those advanced devices more and more serious .
As a matter of fact, the negative impact of those change hit harder than the benefit they got.

Undeniably, it is-> THERE IS no doubt that the more developed AN invention the more convenient THE
resident’s life. They save-> IT SAVES more time and money by reducing your -> OUR travel issue ->
PROBLEMS. For instance, you can easily purchase some item(S) you looking for instead of waiting in the
line just by a mouse click. With the dramatically change in society, there is no exception but people will BE
under more pressure, and they can find some entertainments through those computer or smartphone,
which help them reducing stress after a long day working in the office.

 IT IS UNDENIABLE THAT WITH THE RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY, PEOPLE’S LIVING


STANDARD HAS BEEN REMARKABLY INCREASED. IN PARTICULAR, IT SAVES US MORE TIME AND
MONEY BY REDUCING OUR NEED TO COMMUTE. FOR INSTANCE, A PERSON CAN EASILY
PURCHASE AN ITEM ONLINE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO TRAVEL TO THE SHOP OR QUEUEING
ENDLESSLY. MOREOVER, AS SOCIETY IS CHANGING AT AN UNIMAGINABLY FAST PACE,
ENTERTAINMENT THROUGH MORDERN DEVICES SUCH AS SMARTPHONES OR TVS ARE A KIND OF
ESCAPISM FOR STRESSFUL WORKERS.

On the other hand, there -> THERE ARE a diverse reasons that I believe overusing technology cause us harm
.Firstly, the unsuitable content on the internet may have A bad effect on viewer if these people cannot
distinguish which is must-try and vice versa. Furthermore, the social media, video games or any flatform->
PLATFORM u -> YOU can find in the internet can be addictive. For example, Games want you to play them
so you'll buy the new edition, and websites want you to interact with them so they can make money by
your interaction with them with advertising .Secondly,lack of outdoor activities or relationship can
damaging badly to self-image and health which is human seriously suffer from in this day and
age.Furthermore, the social media, video games or any flatform u can find in the internet can be addictive.

NEVERTHELESS, THERE ARE REASONABLE GROUNDS TO CLAIM THAT OVERUSING TECHNOLOGY CAN
HAVE A DELETERIOUS EFFECT ON PEOPLE’S LIFE. FIRSTLY, AN UNSUITABLE CONTENT ON THE SOCIAL
MEDIA CAN HAVE A REVERSE IMPACT ON THE USERS, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN WHO CANNOT DISTINGUISH
IF THE INFORMATION THEY ARE APPROACHING IS RIGHT OR WRONG. SECONDLY, PEOPLE TEND TO
SPEND AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME SITTING IN FRONT OF THE DIGITAL SCREEN. THIS MEANS THAT
PEOPLE MAY HAVE TO FACE WITH LOWER SCORES IN SCHOOL PERFORMANCE, A DECREASE IN WORK
PRODUCTIVITY OR EVEN VARIOUS EYESIGHT DISEASES.

In conclusion, beside the advantages of mordern technology gave us, I do believe the detrimental ‘affect of
those are surpassed the advantages.

 IN CONCLUSION, EVEN THOUGH MODERN TECHNOLOGY ENABLES PEOPLE TO HAVE A BETTER


QUALITY OF LIFE, I BELIEVE THAT THE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS IT BRINGS HAVE ENORMOUSLY
SURPASSED ITS ADVANTAGES.
