1. Mayapa Elementary School is always in the forefront in making sure that parents are
being informed on school policies and provide a forum for the discussion of issues
and their solutions related to the school program.

2. Thus, our school will conduct the said event on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at exactly
8:00 am.

3. The activity aims for the participants to:

a. to ensure the full cooperation of parents and teachers

b. to provide mechanisms to ensure proper coordination with the members of the


community and to provide avenue for discussing relevant concerns and supports
to the school.

4. Participants to this activity are all teachers, GPTA officers, parents.

5. For the information and guidance of all concerned.
