GENERAL APPLICATION & DILUTION

• If not already in ready to use spray, dilute at 1-5% with clean water depending on level
of grease and equipment used. The higher the pressure of the application the lower the
dilution may reduce efficiently.

• Spray liberally on all surfaces, allowing some dissolving action to be visible before wiping
with an absorbent cloth.

• For polishing surfaces, no waiting time is needed.

• If grease is very thick, repeating the procedure may be required or high pressure applicators
would be recommended in use.

• Can be applied through any application utilities such as spraying equipment, pressure cleaning,
foaming cannon or gun spray, steam cleaning, immersion soaks, or small area utilities such as
a sponge or mop.

• For very deeply absorbed stains such as on asphalt, concrete & stone, KATHOCLEAN+® is
recommended to be used in conjunction with an absorbent and covered to allow deeper stain
removal on porous surfaces and then rinsed with high pressure.

• If used on food preparation areas, be sure to rinse cleaned areas.

QUICK DILUTION REFERENCE FOR COMMON USAGE

• AC DUCT CLEANING
For duct cleaning with pressurized air or pressure sprayers, 5% dilution is recommended for
average cleaning. For stubborn grease cases dilution is recommended to go up to 8%.

• HOUSEKEEPING
For housekeeping use in floor cleaning, WC cleaning, and sanitary power cleaning;
dilute 80 ml in 1 gallon of clean water. Safe on wooden floors.

• FOOD INDUSTRY
For machine foam cleaners and crate degreasing, dilute at 2-5%
For smoking over machine cleaners, dilute in accordance to the machine instructions via its supplier.

• VEHICLE WASH & POLISH


Can be diluted at 3% with high pressure sprayer and used for all wash & polish applications,
manual and automatic wash, rim and tyre polish, and engine grease removal.
