Creating Companies in Veeam Service Provider Console

To create a new company in Veeam Service Provider Console, perform the following steps:
 Log in to Veeam Service Provider Console.
 In the menu on the left, click Companies.
 At the top of the list, click New.

 Specify Company Details

 Select Company Type


At the Company Type step of the wizard, select the type of tenant account you want to create
in Veeam Cloud Connect:
Native — choose this option to register in Veeam Backup & Replication a Veeam Cloud
Connect tenant for the company account.
 Specify User Credentials: - At the User Info step of the wizard, specify the following settings:
The client will use these credentials to connect to the service provider in Veeam Backup
& Replication and access the Veeam Service Provider Console Client Portal
Username - Veeamspc-TechnijianDC
Password – Support911!

Note: - This is Technijian Template for each client: veeamspc-(client code)


 For other steps leave it as a default and finish the company creation.
Connecting Veeam Backup & Replication Servers
To connect a Veeam Backup & Replication server to Veeam Service Provider Console
 Log on to a machine that runs Veeam Backup & Replication.
A user account under which you log on must have local Administrator privileges or the Veeam Backup
Administrator role assigned in Veeam Backup & Replication.
 Launch the Veeam Backup & Replication console.
 Open the Backup Infrastructure view.
 In the inventory pane on the left, select Service Providers.
 Click Add Service Provider on the ribbon.
Alternatively, you can right-click the Service providers node in the inventory pane and choose Add service provider,
or click Add service provider in the main area on the right.

 At the Service Provider step of the wizard, configure the following settings:
 In the DNS name or IP address field, specify DNS name or IP address:
Cloud gateway. (myveeamspc.technijian.com)
For local servers: 192.168.243.122
Note: - Select the Allow this Veeam Backup & Replication installation to be managed by the
service provider check box.
 Credentials: - Click on Add (Type the Credentials when a company account is created in VSCP)
UserName - Veeamspc-TechnijianDC
Password – Support911!
 Click Apply and Finish

IMPORTANT: - To connect a Veeam Backup & Replication server to Veeam Service Provider
Console, you must always use the Service Provider wizard in Veeam Backup & Replication. Do
not use other methods to deploy Veeam Service Provider Console management agents on Veeam
Backup & Replication servers, as these methods do not guarantee proper communication between
backup servers and Veeam Service Provider Console.
