MANIFESTATION
Respondent/s, thru the undersigned, unto this Honorable Body of the NLRC-
RAB No.2, through MR. JONATHAN G. ASA, SEnA Conciliator-Mediator, in the most
humble was possible, submits the foregoing manifestation to wit:
1. On June 24, 2022, the above-named responding party/ies received a
NOTICE relative the above-docketed RFA and were given 5 days within
which to submit this manifestation. The 5th day however falls on June 29,
2022, and by virtue of Proclamation No. 2430, declaring June 29 as a non-
working special public holiday in the Province of Cagayan in celebration of
“Aggao nac Cagayan”, henceforth the last day of filing shall be the next
preceding working day;
2. Respondent manifest and express its intention and willingness to explore
the possibilities of settling the matter in manner which is legally
permissible and will best serve the interests of both parties;
3. However, with the perplexity of the allegations and claims of the Requesting
Parties, there is a need for the undersigned to review the Management
Books and Records of the responding party to come up with a feasible
proposal for settlement and submission the Honorable SEnA CON-Med
within the period of five (5) days from receipt of the order dated June 20,
2022 relative this matter;
4. Under the foregoing reason and coupled with the relatively equally
important cases handled by herein undersigned, it is most respectfully
moved that an additional time of 15 days from June 29, 2022 or until July
14, 2022 within which to comply and submit as well as to negotiate the
terms and conditions of the proposal for settlement;
5. The foregoing is availed off solely for the above-mentioned purpose and not
in any manner intended to delay the administration of justice and/or to
delay the proceedings of this Honorable Body.
