Handwashing is one of the most effective ways to keep you
healthy. Handwashing can prevent 1 in 3 children from getting certain
kinds of infectious diseases. You have to use soap and water in
washing your hands. The water that you use for handwashing should
not be hot. If the water is hot enough, you would scald, or burn
yourself. Regular soap is just as effective as antibacterial soap in
killing germs. There is no research that has been proven that shows
any difference.
