II. Technical Descriptions
1. Connect load cell 4 pins to crane PCB on CN1 site.
+E---Excitation+ -E--- Excitation- +S---Signal+ -S--- Signal -
2. Use rechargeable 6V DC Battery, and working time is according how many load cells it drives. Connect battery to Crane PCB on CN3 site.
3. Use float charge for battery, and connect DC to Crane PCB on CN2 site.

LD1---power supplied LD2---weighing locked LD3---net weighting
LD4---Bluetooth connected LD5---weighting stable LD6---unit is lb

V. Operators
1. ON：Press ON key to turn on power, show version number and segment check. If weighing is in the range of boot zero, display will show 0. If weighting
is not in the range of boot zero, display will show actual weighing. The range of boot zero is ±20% FS.
2. OFF：During weight, press 【H】 more than 3 seconds, display will show capacity of battery. Press 〖btXXX〗 to turn off power.
3. ZERO：When weighing stable, press 【→0←】 more than 2 seconds, display will show 〖-----〗 for 2 seconds and then show 0. If display shows
〖HHHHH〗, it means weighing is more than the range of zero; if display shows 〖LLLLL〗, it means weighing is less than the range of zero. The
range of zero is ±2% of FS.
4. TARE/RETARE：When weighing stable and LD3 is off, press 【→0←】, display will show 0 and LD3 will be on. Now, display shows net weighing.
When LD3 is on, press 【→0←】, LD3 will be off. Now, display shows actual weighing.
5. ACCUMULATION：When weighing is more than 0 and LD5 is on, press 【 】 to accumulate weighing and show accumulation time 〖n XXX〗.
6. SHOW and CLEAR ACCUMULATION：Press 【*】 to show accumulation times 〖n XXX〗. Press 【H】 to show 〖HXXXX〗, means four high
digital of accumulation; press 【 】 to show 〖LXXXX〗, means four low digital of accumulation. When display show accumulation, press 【→0←】
to clear all data.
7. kg/lb：Unit is kg when turn on PCB. Press 【*】 3 seconds to change unit lb, and LD6 will be on. Press 【*】 3 seconds again to change back to unit kg.
8. LOCK WEIGHING：Press 【H】 to lock weighing.
9. BATTERY：Press 【H】 more than 3 seconds to show capacity of battery, as 〖bt XXX〗. Press 【*】 to weight.
10. POWER SAVING and OFF：When PCB is in power saving setting, it will show 〖- 〗 after 3 minutes no operate and it will turn off after 30
minutes.
11. BLUETOOTH：When Bluetooth function is Optional, PCB can connect with PC, PDA or some Bluetooth equipment by PIN code: 1234. When
Bluetooth is connected, LD4 will flash from quickly to slowly, and output weighing data：=54.321 =54.321 = ----.

The left digit of AUt is zero tracking：
AUt=0X the range of zero tracking is 0.4d
AUt=1X the range of zero tracking is 0.4d
AUt=2X the range of zero tracking is 0.8d
AUt=3X the range of zero tracking is 1.2d
AUt=4X the range of zero tracking is 1.6d
AUt=5X the range of zero tracking is 2.0d
AUt=6X the range of zero tracking is 2.4d
AUt=7X the range of zero tracking is 2.8d
AUt=8X the range of zero tracking is 3.2d
AUt=9X the range of zero tracking is 3.6d
The right digit of AUt is power saving setting：AUt=YX
X=0：no power saving function
X>0：show 〖- 〗 after 3 minutes no operate and turn off after 30 minutes

should be more than 50%FS.

X. Error Code
〖 OUEｒ〗 means weighing is more than 100%F·
S + 9d；
〖-OUEｒ〗 means weighing is less than -20d
Display flashing means battery is less than 20％, please supply power.
