EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE
WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
JOHN VINCENT DONES AGUILA, minor;
JOHNNELL DONES AGUILA, minor;
JOHN CARLOS DONES AGUILA, minor; and all Filipino Citizens, single, and residing at Blk 1
Lot 4 University Executive Villas, Brgy Burol Main, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, hereinafter the “HEIRS” and
duly represented by their mother/guardian: JUNDALYN YAP DONES, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a
resident of the same address.
WITNESSETH:
That WHEREAS, we are the only surviving legal heirs, being the children, of the late JUANING
MEDENILLA AGUILA (the “decedent”) who passed away on November 11, 2021.
WHEREAS, upon the death of the decedent, he left a MOTOR VEHICLE, particularly described as follows:

That to the best of our knowledge and information, the said late JUANING MEDENILLA
AGUILA died without leaving a Last Will and Testament.
That the deceased left no known debts or obligation/s which has not been settled to this date. That it
is best to settle the said estate of the deceased extra judicially in the form and manner hereinafter set forth:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Rule 74 Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and being
with full capacity to contract, we do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the said motor vehicle described
above, in equal shares.
FURTHER FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php70,000.00) Philippine Currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged in full sum from JERRY
PITAS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Block 7 Lot 24 Chester Place Burol, Dasmarinas City,
Cavite, we do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and DELIVER, by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, unto
said JERRY PITAS, his heirs, assigns and successors in interest the above described motor vehicle.
That we hereby warrant our valid title to and peaceful possession of the property herein sold and
conveyed and further declares that the same is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 20th day of April 2022, at Dasmarinas City,
Cavite.
