Probation Declaration
• APPSC has conducted Departmental CPT test for Panchayath Secretaries Grade-V & VROs
Grade-II during this week.

• APPSC may publish results in the next week and make the Probation Declaration proposals
ready for all the eligible functionaries.

• Once there was a case but it is closed now, Such Antecedents are now recorded as
‘Nothing Adverse – Case Closed’ in the Antecedent Verification Portal (https://vswsmis.
apcfss.in/login.htm).

• The District Collectors are particularly requested to review Antecedent Verification status
of pending Functionaries with concerned SPs/CPs.

• The District Collectors/ Appointing Authorities are requested to keep ready the lists of
Eligible candidates for Declaration of Probation.

Upcoming Schemes – Implementation Status

• YSR Kapu Nestham 2022 and YSR Vahana Mitra 2022 are being implemented in the Month of July 2022.
• The provison for accepting new applications for the above schemes are enabled in the NBM Portal
and mobile application from 15.06.2022.
• The new application window will be opened for 1 week
• Nearly 2.85 Lakh beneficieires for Kapu Nestham and 1.84 Lakh beneficiaries for Vahana Mitra from
the last year beneficiaries are eligible for the current year.
• All these eligilble beneficiaries are given the provision for updating their eKYC.

District Collectors are requested to ensure that all the above activities are completed in the time frame.

43.19 lakh students.

• e-KYC to be completed 1.78 lakh

students during this week, since
Ammavodi scheme will be launched
during 3rd week of June 2022.

• District Collectors are requested to issue

necessary instructions to the concerned
and ensure to complete e-KYC

SBCC Cell (UNICEF)

• GVWV&VSWS Department had established Social & Behaviour Change Communication Cell (SBCC) in
collaboration with UNICEF, District Coordinators appointed in erstwhile 13 Districts for a period of 1 year
up to June 2022.

• UNICEF agreed to extend engagement of existing 13 District SBCC Coordinators for another 6 months i.e.
, up to 31.12.2022.

• Further UNICEF agreed to place another 13 District SBCC Coordinators in the newly formed Districts for a
period of 6 months i.e., from 01.07.2022 to 31.12.2022.

• District Collectors are requested to recruit the SBCC Coordinators in the newly formed 13-Districts and
vacancy in East Godavari District (total 14 candidates) and ensure to complete the recruitment by
30.06.2022 and place them from 1st July 2022 onwards for a period of 6 months.

• Eligibility Conditions, Roles & Responsibilities will be communicated.
