Construction Environmental Risk Assessment

This document provides an environmental risk assessment for a proposed 9-storey building project. It identifies several potential hazards including deep excavations, confined spaces, falls from heights, and fire risks. The assessment then lists 7 activities that present environmental or health risks: 1) vehicle maintenance, 2) concrete washout, 3) waste management, 4) fuel and chemical storage, 5) dewatering, 6) dust generation, and 7) noise generation. For each activity, it evaluates the hazards, affected parties, likelihood and severity of risks, and outlines control measures to mitigate the risks.
