2. What are your strengths?

different types of people and I always like to challenge myself at everything I do. I’m a

After having worked for a couple of months (years), I realized that my strength is
accomplishing a large amount of work within a short period of time. I always get things

My weakest point I struggled with was not asking for help. I always try to solve my own
problems instead of asking other people who might know the answer. This would save me
more time and work more efficiently. I’m working on asking for asisstance when
necessary.
I feel my Computer ability is my weakest point. Although it’s good enough for working
requirement but I want to use it more effectively. I believe that this is only a
temporary problem. I’m definitely learning hard to be proficient in it.

I sometimes struggle with organization. Even it hasn't ever impacted my performance,
but I've noticed my messy desk and cluttered mail inbox could also interfere with my
efficiency. From that time, I've learned to set aside time to organize my working space,
and I've seen it improve my efficiency levels throughout the week.
I’m too detailed oriented. I never want to leave anything out and I want everything to
be perfect. I know sometimes it is bad because it slows down my work. I’m trying to put
more emphasis on priority and planning. By doing so, I am hoping that I can easily make
the proper decision on what to work on and what to intentionally leave out.

9. Do you manage your time well?
