INTRODUCTION (20 minutes) In the previous lesson, you synthesized insights from the observations, comments, and recommendations of your peers or teachers about your concept. On this lesson, you will examine the preparedness and completeness of the output you created and answered together with your group members.

ASSESSMENT (15 MINUTES) Direction: Answer the following Questions. Write your answer at the back portion of THIS paper. 1. What are the contributions that you have made as a member on your Culminating Activity Outputs? 2. What is the hardest part of doing culminating activity outputs? 3. What do you think is the most essential contributions you have made to the group? 4. If you were given the chance to rate your contribution to the group from 1-10 (10 as the highest), what rate will you give to yourself? REFLECTION (10 MINUTES)
