Introduction
Hospital are the essential part of our lives,
providing best medical facilitis to people suffering
verious ailments, which may be due to change in
climetic conditions increased work-load, emotional
trauma stress etc. It is necenecessary for the
hospitalhospitals to keep track of its day-to-day
activitis and records of it's Patients , Doctors,
NursesNurses, ward boy and other staff personals
that keep the Hospital running smoothly and
successfully.
But keeping track of all the activites and
there records on peper is very cumbersome And
error proneprone. It also is very inefficient and a
time consuming process observing the continuous
increase in population and number of peope visiting
the hospital recording and maintaning all this
recordrecords is highly unreliable. Ineffecient and
error prone.

2.System Analysis
a) scope of Hospital Management
System
The pruposed software product is the Hospital
Management System. The System well be used in
any Hospital, Clinic, Dispensary or pathology Labs in
to get the information from the Patients and then
strong that data for future uses.
The current system in use is A paper based system.
It is too slow and cannot provide updated uses of
patiannt within a reasonable timeerame. the
intentions of the system are to reduce over time
pay and increase the number patients that can be
created accuretely. Requirement statement in this
document are both functional and non-functional.

reservation than the staff must redo the whole
reservation.

must be logged off

can be corrupt and the wrong information may be
given to the guest which might make him angry .
8.Fturue Enhancement
The pruposed system is hospital Management
system. We can enhance this system by including
more Facilities like pharmacy system for the stock
datails of medicins in the pharmacy.
Providing such future enable the users to include
more comments into the system.
There are many place where we can improve.
If we find any problem in portal , we will try to solve
a it out and make portal efficient and User friendly.

9.Limitation
The size of the database increases day-by-day
increases the load on the Database backup and
data mainteanance activity.
Training for simple computer opereation is
necessary for the users working on the system.

10.Conclusion
The project hospital Management system is for
computerizing the working in a hospital. It is a great
improvment over the manual system. The
computerization of the system has speed up the
process. In the current system , the front office
maneging is very slow . The hospital managing
system was throughly checkde and tested with
dummy date and thuse is found to ne very relable .
The software takes care of all the requirment of an
average hospital and is capable to provide easy and
effective strong of information reletade to patiant
that come up to the hospital
It generates test report and provides the facility for
searching the details of patient . It also provide
billing facility on the basis of patient's stetus
whether it is an indoor or outdoor patient.
