TITLE: "FAMILY OF ANTS."
Rainy Seasons are coming, a family of ants are busy gathering and filling their storage with food.
Father said to his family: "Stay in the line and just follow me, don't go to a different direction,
because there is a small canal on the left." The youngest ant replies to his father: Yes, father, I
will follow your direction! All members of the family are busy doing their part in a gathering of
food, but they don't notice that the youngest ant changed direction, the youngest and said: "it's
so tiring to gather food, the rainy season is still far, for now, I will look for delicious food. " While
the youngest ant is walking near the small canal, the canal that his father is talking about, to no
go to that canal because it’s dangerous, the youngest ant saw a "candy," he was tempted to get
the candy, he said: "Maybe if I will take it slowly, I will not fall into the canal," he decided to get
the candy, but unknowingly, there is a tiny thread, that makes the youngest ant tripped his foot,
lose his balance and fall into the canal. When the father noticed that the youngest ant is missing,
he started to worry, he quickly looks for the youngest ant everywhere, until he went to the
forbidden place " the small canal," he looks at it and saw the youngest ant had no life body
floating into the water. The father feels sad for what happened to the youngest ant, and he said
to himself: "That's what happen, to a son for being stubborn and disobedience." Father Ant
return to his family and tell them what happens to the youngest ant, he said to them: "Always
obey your parents and don't be stubborn, I only want you to be safe." The children ants reply:
"Yes, Father we promise to be obedience, then the family ants continue with their work, in the
gathering of food."

The Fable that I choose is “The family of Ant."
This is a short story with a moral lesson. The story evolves in gathering of food by ants family,
and the father tells his children to just stay in line and do not change direction, but the youngest
is hard-headed so he disobeys and go in a different direction and went to the forbidden place the
small canal, he gets tempted, when he saw the candy, he attempted to take it, but fell into the
water and die due to the tiny thread that makes his foot tripped. It was too late when the father
realized the missing youngest ant, he found the dead body of the youngest ant floating in the
small canal. Father Ant told the remaining children, what happens to the youngest ant and the
lesson of it, always obey and don't be stubborn. That is the consequence of disobeying his father,
the youngest ant fell into the canal and die, there's nothing the father can do, but accept and
remind his children.
MORAL LESSON:
❖ Children should always obey their parents, don't be a headache to your parents, if they
say NO, don't object and just follow
❖ Parents are always viewed by children as strict, but Parents just think of what is best for
their children, they love their children, they can't check their children 24 hrs., so they are
reminding us always for our welfare and keep us safe.
❖ We must not prioritize our own selfish decision or whatever is in our minds, put family
first above all things, we must help our family in fulfilling needs like food.
❖ Choose and do what is right if you think it’s wrong then don't do it
❖ Resist temptation, to avoid problems, because the ant gets tempted by the candy, which
leads him to fall into the small canal
