Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow
Modular type air-conditioning system with wide range of indoor and
outdoor units, with longer actual and total piping length and with high
external static pressure. The system consists of multiple indoor units ranging
from high wall, fan coil, ducted type, cassette type etc. Connected to a single
or multiple modular type outdoor units with individual controllers to each
indoor unit, refrigerant piping, control cabling and also centralized
controller. The specifications and details are as
1 OUTDOOR UNITS
Modular type Top/Side discharge outdoor units equipped with high efficient
scroll compressors, with all inverter type compressors, special acryl pre-
coated heat exchanger having high efficiency E-pass coil design, low noise
condenser fan coupled with variable speed motor, auto check-function for
connection error, auto addressing Including required no. of multi connection
piping kit. Refrigerant Gas should be eco friendly

2 INDOOR UNITS
Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of WALL MOUNTED Type
indoor unit with direct driven fan coupled with DC fan motor, 3 step speed

operation sound level and thermal protector for fan motor. Unit should have

be properly supported with hanger and all external piping shall be properly
roughted with clamps and with additional topping up of R410A

Terms & Conditions
1. 100% payment in advance for the AC Units to be supplied, on the confirmation of the order and along with the PO
2. For Lowside : Based on the site at actuals the final invoice shall be generated / Measurement sheet need to be signed
3. Payment should be made in favour of " Conquer Cooling Solution Pvt Ltd"
4. Above price is inclusive of all taxes
5. Additional supply of gas would be at extra cost
6. Additional Requirements like prefreted Sheet,Drain Pump and others cost according to the site requirement, this would be added against the final invoice
7. The quote for lowside would be provided post the visit and inspection of the site condition.
8. Lowside Part – Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Air-Distribution Quote will be shared once the site condition shared
9. For the 1st Complete – 1 year, the AC Units would be at “WARRANTY” service. In which we would be providing you the 4 complete services at “FREE OF COST”. This is again comes
under the terms and conditions which are explained in brief manner in the “HANDING OVER REPORT”
10. Any spares if found to be at fault during the “WARRANTY PERIOD” would be replaced at free of cost as per the terms mentioned in the Handing over Report.
11. Lowside would be carried out as per the ITEM DESCRIPTION in the BOQ, once we decide about the lowside offer, as soon as
we decide the unit selection process.
12. Electricity – Incoming power supply to be provided while carrying out the project.
13. SAFETY will be followed at NO COMPROMISE factor.
14. Post the lowside offer, if any spares or materials is consumed extra, which would be added against the final invoice while submission. Wherein measurement sheet would be
considered according to the usage.
