In your opinion, to whom must you learn the explanation of the biological changes and
sexual urges first, especially the sexual responses? Why?
As a teenager, the individuals or persons I needed to provide me some knowledge and
explanation regarding sexual responses and all other sexual matters were those older than me
who knew more about the subject. More significantly, I will seek explanations from my parents,
who have a more mature mind and the ability to discuss such a topic; as the primary teachers at
home, parents or guardians should be the first to explain biological changes as well as sexual
wants and responses. Before their children leave the house and interact with others, it is their
obligation to teach them. I too thought these themes to be sensitive and serious, and with our
parents' help, we were able to have a better understanding of the changes that occur in our
bodies, whether they affect the way we look, think, act, or perceive ourselves physically. Their
opinions and recommendations on sexual impulses and responses are valuable since they will
help us comprehend what we should and should not do. They advise us on how to respond in
specific situations, letting us make sound judgments and decisions.
2. With regard to the physical, sexual, and material self, what shall be the strict guidelines and
guidance do you want to imply to young people as a:
Person
They should grasp the necessity of being responsible for their own body and actions as a
young person. They should also realize that contraception is insufficient in preventing
unplanned pregnancies and the development of sex-related diseases in this generation. Young
people have the right to live healthy lives, and it is the responsibility of society to prepare them
by providing comprehensive sexual health education that provides them with the knowledge
they need to make healthy decisions. Sex Education should go beyond; it should arm young
people with the knowledge and skills they need to accept responsibility for their complete
selves as well as the consequences of their actions.
Student
Students should be more conscious of their sexual selves and self as a whole. They
should also be more aware of their actions as a young learner, as this will eventually open their
minds about sexual things as it will be a topic at school; they will meet a lot of opposite gender
at school and in the public setting, and they must behave in accordance with school policy, as
the school promotes equal and respectful treatment for all students and does not tolerate
sexual behavior between opposite gender. Knowing what is good and wrong protects and
secures every student's sexual identity.
Friend
As a friend, they should establish a buffer between themselves and their opposite gender
pals when discussing or discussing sexual matters. Creating genuine and healthy friendships.
More significantly, whether someone has a relationship problem or is having personal troubles,
help each other by giving them advise that will encourage them to do the right thing and make
excellent judgments. Treat each other with respect and on an equal footing.
Brother/Sister
They will have to make crucial decisions regarding relationships, sexuality, and sexual
activity as they mature. The choice people make could have a long-term impact on their health
and happiness. Guiding their siblings, particularly the younger ones, by imparting honest, age-
appropriate facts and skills that will help them to take personal responsibility for their own
health and well-being. Educating children on the value of self-awareness and self-importance,
which will be useful knowledge for them as they grow older.
