● All announcements about the classes and the labs will be made and lecture slides will be shared via
ODTUCLASS.
● Two of the sections will be conducted in-person and one section will be on-line, at a time, throughout the
semester. You are free to attend in-class or on-line sessions of your choice during the lectures.
● You must wear medical masks in class during the in-person lectures.
● All exams will be in-class.

Course Policies
Make up for Exams and Assignments
Under no circumstances will a make-up exam be administered if a student misses any midterms. If a
student misses a midterm exam due to an unanticipated and serious medical emergency or due to a
death in the immediate family, then the missed midterm exam score will be imputed by using only the
final exam score.
If a student misses the final exam due to an unanticipated and serious medical emergency or due to a
death in the immediate family, then that student will be required to take a makeup final exam
administered by the Department at the officially announced day and time.
Medical emergencies should be documented by an official report signed and stamped by a medical
doctor. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the instructor and provide the report timely.
