Basic package
9 Ungraduated dimmers (4 pcs.) in living room, bedroom, and
room make it easy to choose light according to wishes and
demand – strong cleaning and working light or subdued cosy
light.
9 The switch on/off function of the smart-house system makes
it possible to switch on and off selected points and outlets at
certain times automatically, e.g. in order to be certain that
the oven, the boiling plates, the coffee
ff maker, or other elec_
tric devices are switched off when the apartment is empty.
9 “Master functions”, by means of which a single push button
at e.g. the entrance can activate selected light all over the
p
apartment, , and correspondingly
p g y a single
g p push button can
guarantee that everything is switched off when the apart-
ment is left.
9 With a single push the subdued light of the “night route” is
switched on so that you are able to find your way around in
the apartment without getting a “light
light shock
shock”.
9 During holiday periods the apartment lives its own life.
The light is switched on/off in a rhythm programmed in
advance so that it looks as if somebody is at home.
9 The apartment is handed over with a standard programming
programming,
but all functions can be changed any time by simple
programming.
9 The system can be extended now or later with the comfort
and alarm package and the Wall-PC solution.
For further details please see the leaflet “smart-house” or the
homepage: www.smart-house.dk

Comfort and alarm package
9 Manual control of all blinds/curtains by means of push buttons
and remote control. Blinds/curtains can be controlled both
individually and in groups.
9Further 2 ungraduated dimmers give optimal possibilities of
choosing the lighting you want in the whole apartment
9 Receivers for remote control – 1 in the sitting room/kitchen and
1 in the bedroom. Through the remote control the light can be
subdued, switched off and on, and blinds/curtains can be pulled
down and up.
9 Monitoring or control of the apartment through SMS-message.
Control and change of the various parameters through the
portable phone – e.g. switch off the coffee maker, switch off
everything, switch on everything, switch on the light, or pull
down the blinds
blinds.
9 Motion sensors in the sitting room/kitchen, the bedroom, and
the room. Can both be a part of the light control (switch on the
light when somebody enters the room) and of the alarm system.
9 Monitoring of the entrance door by means of magnetic contacts
