Decathlon India Logistics
Our Logistics Network is an integrated team of 150 team mates working for Different Fields of Supply Chain which
includes Warehousing, Omni commerce, Import Transportation, Export Transportation, Customs, Safety and
Expansion.
To make your carrier in any of the departments of Logistics, we start our journey in warehouse so that we learn
supply chain from Level “0”. Since we cater to our entire Retail Network, the Profile is Named “Retail Logistician”
MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RETAIL LOGISTICIAN
As a Logistics Operative I am responsible for the speed and quality of supply service to our stores and customers.
Responsibilities range from receiving our sporting goods rapidly, picking the store orders to ensuring the stock is
accurate and Dispatching the right quantity at the right time to the right Location.
Primary responsibility is to manage the Outbound activities which includes Receiving the Orders, Pick & Pack
that and Process the dispatches while maintaining space optimization and using the least amount of work
time, motion, material and space.
Ensuring prompt, complete, accurate shipments in perfect condition.
Maintaining highest level of service and accuracy while doing Reception and Inventory of the Stock avoiding
errors such as incorrect counts, Wrong product, incomplete order, wrong color, size or product damage.
Maintaining a constant flow of information to the Warehouse manager and/or team.
Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence business and technical
audiences
Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality

Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways safely and without
limitation)
