A. Subject Matter: Reading/Writing Materials Displayed at the Purok Kiosk


(Purok-based Reading/Writing Kiosk)

C. Materials: 2 pairs of boxes, printed reading materials, tarpaulin

III. Procedures

A. Preliminary Activities
1. Unfreezing Activity: Setting of the Activity
2. Motivation: Present the title and the intent of the project

B. Developmental Activities
1. Presentation: Introduce the Workplan
2. Discussion: Explain the procedure of the chosen activities, MOV,
materials needed and the persons involve
3. Generalization: Ask them if the details are specific, measurable,
attainable, realistic, and time-bounded (SMART).
C. Post Activities
1. Exercises: Let them perform the activity
2. Application: Give feedback to the activity
3. Value Integration: Why is it important to have partnership with the
community
IV. Evaluation
Directions: Demonstration the activity chosen.
