Admission Notification
for regular Mode / Fresher B. Ed. (Two Year) Programme of CTE,
Kumarghat, Unakoti, Tripura for the Session 2021 - 2022

Applications are invited from the Indian Citizens & Permanent Residents of Tripura in terms of
Memo No. 21(31)-REV/87, dated 12.12.1988 of Revenue Dept., Govt. of Tripura having
Bachelor/Master Degree in Arts/ Science/Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and also
from candidates having Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science &
Mathematics with 55 % marks (relaxable upto 5 % in case of ST/SC/PWD Candidates). The applicants
should not be employed in any institution and must be below 37 years of age as on 31st July 2021 for
admission into 2 (two) year B. Ed. Course during the Academic Session 2021-2022.
100 (one hundred) nos. of seats are to be filled up by the eligible, fresher candidates strictly on the
basis of merit (from Madhyamik onwards) with the breakup of Arts - 60, Science - 34 & Commerce - 06.

100 points roster for reservation of the State Govt. shall be followed in admission.

B.Ed. Admission Forms for the session 2021-2022 will be distributed from the office of the
Principal, College of Teacher Education (CTE), Kumarghat, Unakoti, Tripura on payment of Rs. 100/-
only in cash on all working days from 12:00 hours to 15:00 hours from 15/03/2021 to 05/04/2021
(Except all Govt. holidays). The last date of submission of filled-in application form along with the
photocopies of all relevant certificates and mark sheets (both side of all mark sheets) and other necessary
documents at the office of the Principal, CTE, Kumarghat, Unakoti, Tripura is from 15/03/2021 to
09/04/2021 (12:00 hours to 15:00 hours). The candidates are also advised to bring all their mark sheets
and certificates in original.
