Sir, firstly MBA is something that I want to pursue because it will help me to enhance my

Being an introvert I have a kind of fear of public speaking, maybe because I am not so
good with my communication skill, and MBA is something that teaches the art of
language, and that’s how it will help me by getting mentored and trained by the sharpest
minds.
Secondly, it will help me in becoming independent and stable by also giving a career
advancement.
And yeah so maybe 10-15 years down the line after getting mentored, and
understanding the practical know-how by having proper job training, may be it will help
me in achieving my ultimate goal by giving detailed knowledge of business
management.

coming from an engineering background and then getting exposure to OM will surely
help to apply my technical-managerial skills for benefit of any industry.

5. Explanation of low grades and backlogs in undergrad.

After finishing my 12th i moved to delhi for pursuing my engineering, its a big city and i
somehow get lost,i have tasted this much freedom for the first time, i ended up not
spending sufficient time and effort on my academics as I do have a time management

I realised how much of mistake i made in my last year and worked on it that why i could
clear by last 2-3 semester with almost a good score and i also cleared few of my
backlogs. I have learnt my lessons and i ready to grab any 2nd chance that comes my
way. I will not repeat these mistakes again and i am confident i will stick to it.
Hopefully if i get here i will have a good track record while also doing bunch of other
things. I am ready to launch myself again.

6. Why should we select you?

I strongly believed that all the candidates here are deserving and qualified for the
selection, but what sets me apart is that i have the potential of a good learner and i also
have a strong ability and willingness to learn new skills and culture. For instance i have
lived in different accommodations in different places and i somehow managed to always
adopt the lifestyle and culture of that place and also i am someone who always strive to

in turning myself from a good engineer into best manager.

synergistic manner for me as well, i will be able to gain more value and i will be able to
