Have you been banned from our community? If yes, Why? ➤ I never have got banned
from community. I recive one mute but It was removed so fast by Tobias. i ve got
two warns for saying words: "shit" and "cum" and I have got kicked few times from
game but never recive ban.
What time do You normally play on our servers? ➤ After school so somewhere after
3pm or 4pm I play in morning during weekends and I will play more when holiday will
start.
Do you hang out with a large group of people within our community? ➤ Yes
Are you able to be a Neutral party while dealing with a situation within our
Discord/Server? ➤ This is not a problem for me. Because I have experience as a
staff member on a small ~ 50 members discord server that belongs to my friend. In
addition, I am a staff member also on the Aviation Hub server belonging to the
GugaBuga user

Why do you want to become a Staff Member within our Server? ➤ Ventrux is a good
server even though the hacker attack was a big problem for him. Because many
players went out and never came back. This caused a large empty on the server and
it is more difficult to find active ATC or GC. In my previous application I said
that I want to join staff mainly because I want to be more than just a regular
member server. I want to mean something, I want to contribute to the development of
the server in any way, I have no experience in making fiveM servers so I would like
to focus on discord. One of the discord's problems, more specifically the NASA
discord, is a non-working application bot that prevents you from becoming an
astronaut. If I am accepted to staff this time, I want to fix such problems.
Tell us a bit about yourself ➤ My name is Janek but all my friends call me Johnny
and it suits me. I come from Poland more precisely from Troruń but at the age of 13
I moved to Warsaw. Two days ago I became 16 years old. I go to IT class but I'm
only in the first grade of high school. Half a year ago I played games every day
for about 6-7 hours. Unfortunately, because of school and parents, this number had
to change up to 2 hours a day. In the previous application I said that I was once
invited to chat only for staff and that's true. I heard them playing minecraft and
Valorant it was nice to be able to play with them someday.
Are you a staff member on a different server? ➤ Yes
Do you have any previous staff experience? ➤ My experience is configuring bots and
channels, in general, entire discord servers. I am much more active on discords
than anywhere else. Mainly over the phone, I can also configure servers from the
phone, although it is much more difficult.
Why should we choose you over any other applicant? ➤ The most important thing in
choosing an applicant who is accepted is his experience and length of application.
(let's not lie to ourselves if the application is too long, you won't want to read
it.) However, I think that I have sufficient experience in configuring servers and
that it will decide to accept my application.
Do you have an issue with a staff member that will stop you from working with them?
➤ No, I don't think everyone in the administration is friendly to me.
How well do you understand the rules? ➤ I understood them very well when they were
because now they are just gone.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an
admin sit all they do is curse at you? ➤ If someone spam me in DM, this is not a
threat to the server, so I will try to establish a dialogue with such a person. It
is possible that she is simply frustrated because another staff member did not
answer him. The best solution is to wait until the guy calms down and then talk to
him. If he does not calm down, I will try to talk to him the next day, unless he
sends his anger to the main server chat.
