Dear Mayor Mamauag:

Greetings from DOLE-Isabela Field Office.

The Isabela Field Office in collaboration with all the LCEs in Isabela is once again convening all PESO
Managers and PESO Alternates for the 4th Quarter Meeting on 17 December 2021 at Mt. Claramuel
Resort, Marana, City of Ilagan in preparation for the up-coming Year-end Performance Assessment
(YEPA).

This activity shall serve as a primary vehicle for helping the PESO Managers and DOLE to work better
together, harmoniously, productively, and effectively to maximize task accomplishment and goal
achievement. It also aims to have an effective and efficient way of implementation of DOLE’s programs
and services to achieve excellent results. The outputs from this meeting may serve as good inputs for
the YEPA.

Subjects to be tackled are as follows:

1. Quarterly Meeting – all concerns and issues of PESOs with regards to the association will be
raised during the meeting;
2. Year-End Performance Assessment (YEPA) – performance per PESO shall be presented to
assess if PESOs have accomplished their targets for the year 2021 (4th Semester);
3. Search for BEST PESO;
4. Update in the implementation of DOLE Programs and services.

In this regard, may we take delight in extending our cordial invitation to your duly designated PESO
Manager, Ms. Michelle B. Elioceda, to attend the said meeting. Thank you for your unwavering support
and cooperation.
