Instructions: After watching 03 Video 1, answer the following questions:

1. How did curiosity help revolutionized the things we use? Provide examples.
Curiosity has revolutionized the things we use because curiosity creates creativity and
will result to innovation. People who are curious, such as Albert Einstein and Steve Jobs, who
are highlighted in the video, become successful as a result of their curiosity. Many doors were
opened for their imaginative creations, which we can use on our daily lives. All entrepreneurs
must have a curious mentality or personality because this can bring a success on their
business/life like Einstein and Jobs since, they are the ones who came up with fresh and
revolutionary ideas that we utilize today. The technology we use today is a good example of this.
These technologies were created and invented by a group of people who began inventing their
products out of curiosity. Without these curious individuals, we would not have the great
technologies we have today. Another example is Alva John Fisher and Jacob Perkins, who
invented some of the most useful technology in everyday life, such as the washing machine and
electric fan. They invented it out of curiosity, just like everyone else. So, I can say that curiosity
play a great role in revolutionizing our world since, it is a way to innovation.

2. According to the speaker, what are some ways in maximizing curiosity that were not
mentioned during the class discussion?
According to the speaker, the ways in maximizing curiosity that were not mentioned
during the class discussion is that identify your interest, where did your interest right now
whether it is math, science, arts, or animals and anything or how the brain works, do your own
research outside the school, we have the internet we can do anything and everything why?
Because this can help us to utilize our curious mind, this will help us to explore the things that
we are being curious and through that we can satisfy our curiosity and sometimes it leads to a
great discovery or creation. Next is that keep doing what you’re doing because keeping what
you are doing is like you’ll keep getting what you’re getting and acting on your curiosity can
lead to great rewards because like what the speaker mentioned the following the rules of passion
and curiosity can lead to discover the things needed to be discovered.
