Hexagon Stool

As the object with many aspects of use, the stool has played the important role in everyday life since
long time ago. Nowadays, the stool remains to be a favorite widget, whether it serves as a seating for
craftsmen, farmers and artists, or it’s being popular among the children and adults as both practical and
decorative part of furniture

Assemblage Instructions
1. Join with glue 3 pieces of the Seat Triangle (part 1).

2. Make two of these subassemblies and join them with glue.

3. To form hexagon out of the joined parts you will need to cut off the pieces which are colored in
blue on the pictures.

4. Attach the Seat Edges (part 2) with glue to the assembly from the previous picture.

5. Attach the Legs (part 7) with glue to the Column (part 5).

6. Drill 4 holes on the assembly made in the previous step following 2D documentation. Then
carefully hammer in it Dowels D6 x 35mm (Part 8). Do not forget to put some glue on the tip of
Dowels and in each hole, before you join them.

7. Drill the hole with diameter D30mm (1,18in) on the assembly made in the previous step. Attach
the Seat Axle(Part 9) with glue to the assembly

8. Attach the Support Board (Part 3) with glue to the assembly made in the previous step.

Wait until the glue dries out, then drill pilot holes trough the Support Board (Part 3) and Column
(part 5) and screw the Wood Screws D5 x 50mm (Part 6) in the holes. This step will additionally fasten
construction.

9. Drill hole with diameter D30mm (1,18in) in the subassembly made in the step 4

This way made subassembly attach with glue to the subassembly made in step 8.

10. Wait until the glue dries out, then drill pilot holes trough the Support Board (Part 3) and the
subassembly made in the step 4.

Screw the Wood Screws D5 x 35mm (Part 4) in the holes.
