Performance benefits: Metal surface protection
Rust prevention The corrosion inhibitor response in solvent neutral base stocks differs from that of
hydrotreated base stocks. IRGACOR NPA is highly effective in both types of base oil
and outperforms a commercially available corrosion inhibitor.

Engine oils A combination of IRGACOR NPA and Sarkosyl O improves corrosion control of first fill
Corrosion inhibition engine oils.

Fuels In fuels metal protectants limit the formation of ions which catalyse oxidation processes
Corrosion inhibition leading to gum formation. IRGACOR NPA is highly effective at low concentrations.
