To download a certificate from BRCGS Educate, a user must first log into their account and access their learning record. On the learning record page, the user can click on the title of a completed course to view details, including an option to download an attendance certificate if the exam was not taken or failed. For courses that were passed, a green checkmark will be displayed next to the exam heading, along with an option to provide feedback. The user then downloads their completion certificate by clicking the "Get Your Certificate" link.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A CERTIFICATE FROM BRCGS EDUCATE

• Log into www.brcgseducate.com

• Go to your LEARNING RECORD

• The course title will be shown on the right-hand side under COURSE TITLE on the orange bar

• Click on the course title and a page similar to the following will appear:

• There should be a next to the course title


• If you do not wish to do the exam or if you are unsuccessful in achieving a pass after 3
attempts, then you can download an Attendance certificate where indicated

• When you have passed the exam then a ‘tick’ will show next to the exam heading

• You should then complete the Feedback where indicated

• You can then download your certificate by clicking on the heading similar to the one
below

• You can then download your certificate as indicated below by the words ‘Get Your
Certificate’
