Course Title: SWIMMING
Course Credits: 2 units Contact Hours/Week: 2 hours/week
Course Description: The course requires scientific acquisition of knowledge and skills in managing the body in the
different water types (swimming, river, sea). Basic and developmental skills for scientific swimming
are introduced as well as games and other activities done on water. Lifesaving skill in water
likewise encouraged in the course.

Course Learning Outcomes At the end of the course, the students be able to:
