General Summary: The ideal Early Years Teacher performs multiple duties related to supporting and encouraging the academic, social, and emotional development of all Early Years students in cooperation with the Early Years teaching team. The Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing creative planning documentation, maintaining a positive learning environment, participating actively in the learning neighbourhood, and is an integral member of the Green School team, sharing in the duties of daily school operations.
