Three Phase Separator Data Sheet

Separator 42" X 10' 1440 psi, 32 to 212 ͦ F, H2S

Description:
A well test separator is designed to separate, meter and sample all elements or phases of effluent.

Includes:

• Inlet 4" full bore check valve and two inlet bypass (3" & 4" ball valves).
• Digital flow measuring system for oil by dual positive flow meter (2" NUFLO
turbine & 1" NUFLO turbine) isolating valves on flow meters (upstream and
downstream) and along with 3" oil bypass line.
• Digital flow measuring system for water by single 1" NUFLO turbine meter- along
with 2" water bypass line.
• Flow measuring system for gas by orifice meter ( Danial 6"), set of orifices and 3
pen chart recorders.
• Pneumatic control valves (Fisher type) on gas, oil and water outlet lines supported
by manual control valves.
• Two 3" spring operated pressure relief safety valves, manifold together with setting
pressures (1330 psi).

Connections:
• Inlet 3" Hammer Union 602 (thread) x 4" #600 Flange.
• Gas outlet 3" Hammer Union 602 (Wing) x 4" #600 Flange.
• Oil outlet 3" Hammer Union 602 (Wing) x 3" #600 Flange.
• Water outlet 3" Hammer Union 602 (wing) 2" #600 Flange.
• PSV outlet 4" Hammer Union 602 (wing) 4" #150 Flange.
• Separator ball valves are Balon type.
