DESIGN ANALYSIS
All he built-up blocks have bcen stratcgically locatcd in consonance with che configuration of the
sitc. These blocks arc linked togcrher by cloistcrs which arc characteriscd by decply rccesscd
openings and modern versions of traditional jaali screens.
These screens allowed natural igbt to enter, while shielding the spaces from beat, and providing
relief from the vast black-box exhibition spaces. Spatial depth and layering - channelling the
Japancsc conccpt of oku' arc uscd throughout, crcating a scnse of anticipation that culminates in
-
the meditacive Buddha courtyard.

Muscum of Architccurc, which will raisc public awarcncss of this Udyaan, closc to the Yamuna Rivcr, Shanti Srupa and
