If I would be tasked to organize a fitness event. First. Identify a goal, target, health issue to address,
this step is one of the crucial part it is impossible to reach everyone at once, this is the start up of
the event that you should know the mental health of your audience on how will you address it? How will
you help him to overcome mental illness? How would be the procedures to overcome? i. Second, Do your
research. You can develop customer profiles to verify that your fitness event is marketed appropriately,
this step elaborated the objectives, task to do, and the program itself. Third, Identify a location, this step is
where want to excel the fitness program, you want it to the crowded place/ private place? Where you base
your fitness event is dictated by the type of people who will be your nearest potential client. Lastly,
Building your team, The goal of any team is to create a more cohesive group of employees. It boosts
