Marriage Nullity Case Report

The prosecutor conducted an investigation into whether the petitioner Ana Marie Molina Banluta and the respondent Benjamin Yu were colluding in their petition for declaration of absolute nullity of marriage. Only the petitioner was present for an interview, in which the prosecutor found no evidence of collusion. As such, the prosecutor recommends that a hearing on the petition be held.

The undersigned trial prosecutor unto this Honorable Court, respectfully


states that:

1. A collusion investigation was conducted to determine whether or not


there was collusion among the parties. Both petitioner and respondent were
notified but only petitioner was present.
2. In the personal interview conducted by the undersigned on the person
of the petitioner ANA MARIE MOLINA BANLUTA, there appears no collusion
between the parties.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that the


hearing on petition be held.
