MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - SALES/MARKETING
The aspirant must be an MBA in Marketing/Sales. An experience in the
FMCG / Sales industry would be added advantage. Creativity and ability to innovate with a proven track record of performance, initiative, leadership, goal setting and accomplishments are the basic requirements.
The selected candidate would be responsible for delivering sales volume,
distribution and merchandising, shelving and pricing of products, also aid trade customers in resale of our brand. In addition he would be required to deliver superior in-store presence of the CPG brands in the retail outlets, establish goodwill and assist in operating efficiency of the retailers.

* Variable Incentive (Estimate) - This is a performance based amount and could vary depending upon the employee's performance and Division/Company. The performance parameter will be defined once the candidate joins the company.

*** Above is the salary structure for the candidates joining in Oman. Basic salary - for the first 3 months from the date of joining, the basic salary will be OMR 250 pm. After successful completion of probation period of 3 months, it will be revised to OMR 280 pm.
